If you are participating in the television advertising program offered by EasyLocalTVAds.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these additional terms and conditions: 1) EasyLocalTVAds.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement;  2) There is no guarantee the commercials will run, as the station may preempt them for news or other reasons. If your commercial does not run for the prescribed term, you will receive a prorata refund for the days it does not run; 3) To obtain a proper mix of businesses being advertised, EasyLocalTVAds.com reserves full rights to select which ad or ads shall be featured; 4) Advertiser agrees to indemnify EasyLocalTVAds.com for all claims arising from Advertiser's failure to perform; 5) Advertiser authorizes EasyLocalTVAds.com to display the it provides (text and photo) in accordance with the specifications stated on this website.

Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial and Consent to Binding Arbitration. In any legal proceeding relating to this Agreement, you agree to waive any right you may have to participate in any class, group, or representative proceeding and to waive any right you may have to a trial by jury.

Any claim, controversy, or dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement shall be referred by the aggrieved party to binding arbitration under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Miscellaneous. YOU AND EASYLOCALTVADS.COM CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF AND VENUE IN A COURT LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FOR ANY SUITS OR CAUSES OF ACTION CONNECTED IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OR TO THIS WEBSITE. Except as otherwise required by law, any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to This Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

This Agreement (including all policies, notices and other terms incorporated into this Agreement by reference) constitutes the entire agreement between you and EasyLocalTVAds.com with respect to the subject matter hereto and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements whether written or oral.
